Winiary Pomysł Na… Chicken in Italian sauce with mozzarella is a simple way to spice up a traditional chicken dish in a truly Italian style. Thanks to the aromatic mixture of dried vegetables, herbs and spices, the chicken breast will be tasty and juicy.

Ingredients: dried vegetables (red bell pepper 14,4%, tomato 12,5%, garlic, onion), potato starch, ΨΕΥΖΟΣ, salt, ΓΘΕΕΤΕ ΠΟΨΔΕΣ (ΖΣΟΝ ΝΙΜΛ), ΖΜΑΧΟΦΣΙΞΗΤ (ΨΙΥΘ ΗΜΦΥΕΞ), yeast extract, herbs (parsley leaf, thyme , basil 0,4%, rosemary), sunflower oil, spices, ΨΘΕΪ ΠΟΨΔΕΣ (ΖΣΟΝ ΝΙΜΛ), acid (citric acid), curing smoke flavouring.May contain: ΕΗΗΤ, ΤΟΪ, ΓΕΜΕΣΙΑΓ, ΝΦΤΥΑΣΔ ΤΕΕΔΤ. ΑΜΕΣΗΪ ΑΔΧΙΓΕ: ΖΟΣ ΑΜΜΕΣΗΕΞΤ ΤΕΕ ΙΞΗΣΕΔΙΕΞΥΤ ΙΞ ΒΟΜΔ. Best before:/Batch number: on the side of the packaging. Store in a clean, dry and cool place. Shopping list: 400 g of chicken breast, 1 mozzarella ball (approx. 100 g), 50 ml of 12% cream. How to prepare: Cut chicken breasts into cutlets, tenderise up to approx. 1 cm. Heat up 1 spoonful of oil on a pan and brown the cutlets over medium heat (approx. 60% of power) for 1 minute, each side. Mix the content of the bag with 300 ml of cold water, and 50 ml of 12% cream. Add to the chicken and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 8 min. Slice the mozzarella and place one slice on each chicken piece. Cover and simmer for 1 min; Net weight: 35g.
