Max temp. 30*C, max humidity 75%.7 digits; CHINESE CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES 400 g chicken breasts 300 g rice 1 carrot 1 white part leek 1 handful sugar peas or frozen green peas 2 tbs sesame oil 1 bunch chopped coriander MARINADE: 2 tbs Prymat oriental chicken seasoning 1 tbs Prymat Russian mustard 4 tbs rapeseed oil Rinse the rice several times until the water is clean. Soak in water for approx. 30 minutes. Drain and add clean water in a 1:1 ratio. Simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool for a while. The rice should be soft and sticky. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips and cover in previously prepared marinade. Cut the carrot into thin strips, chop the leek. Fry the chicken in a hot pan and then put it on a plate. Fry the vegetables in sesame oil, add chicken and peas. Serve with cooked rice and freshly chopped coriander.Net weight: 30g.
