Tasty.co.uk delivery means taking care of your purchases from packing to personal delivery by our driver or DPD courier. We provide the right conditions for the food products in transit to keep them fresh for as long as possible.

- Personal collection – every day from Monday to Saturday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Delivery by DPD courier
Here we have included the most important information regarding the delivery of our products via DPD courier service. If you do not find the answer to your question, please contact us before placing an order to eliminate doubts and possible problems.
- The minimum order amount that qualifies the goods to be sent by DPD courier service is £45.00
- The courier company will contact you directly via email or SMS to provide you with the package tracking information. It’s also best to install the DPD app for yourself, which gives you plenty of options for settings and remembering them for future purchases. Take a look at the video below, which will show how the application works.
- The maximum weight of one carton is 25kg (when exceeded, the goods are packed in another carton)
- Products will be packed in cartons and additional refrigerated packaging if your order contains goods that require low temperatures.
- The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost with the products. The number of cartons is calculated by the system and may be approximate. It may also be that the goods will fit into fewer cartons, but their weight will be greater which will raise the amount of transportation.

- Specialty Products:
- Fruits, vegetables, meat and frozen products are excluded from coueir delivery Each such product contains a notice that it cannot be added to the cart when using the courier service.
- Baked goods on the day of ordering are fresh and will arrive to you as one-day-old (or two-day-old if ZONE 2 or ZONE 3).
- Supplementary information:
- Ordering the shipment of goods will result in us providing your contact information to DPD, which will be used to send you information about the status of your order.
- Please designate a safe place to leave the shipment when you are unable to pick up the goods in person. We recommend enlisting the help of a neighbor.
- We have chosen the fastest possible delivery option for you and every package is shipped with the NEXT DAY DELIVERY AM option, which means that orders placed no later than 9 pm should be received the following day by 12 noon (all addresses excluding Zone 2 and Zone 3). The minimum delivery time for Zone 2 and Zone 3 is two days. ZONE 2

- IMPORTANT:
- Please make sure that the delivery address and contact phone number provided when placing an order/registration is correct, as we will not be able to process complaints or delivery problems.
- Complaints arising from the recipient’s absence from home on the day of delivery will not be considered
