Winiary Pomysł Na… Chicken in Italian sauce with mozzarella is a simple way to spice up a traditional chicken dish in a truly Italian style. Thanks to the aromatic mixture of dried vegetables, herbs and spices, the chicken breast will be tasty and juicy.

Heat up 1 spoonful of oil on a pan and brown the cutlets over medium heat (approx. 60% of power) for 1 minute, each side. Mix the content of the bag with 300 ml of cold water, and 50 ml of 12% cream. Add to the chicken and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 8 min. Slice the mozzarella and place one slice on each chicken piece. Cover and simmer for 1 min; Net weight: 35g.
